Outdoor season is starting! We are excited to announce that this upcoming Sunday we are launching our culinary cycle of meetings in the field. Ahead of us is the first of nine planned trips as part of the project Carp - direct sales.

For our debut, we have chosen a unique event – Silesian Carp Festival. Where and when can you find us?

• Date: June 21, 2026 (Sunday)

• Location: Inhalatorium in Pawłowice (ul. Zjednoczenia 12, 43-250 Pawłowice, Silesia Province)

What have we prepared? (It's going to be delicious!)

You will recognize our booth from afar by the amazing aroma. We have prepared a free tasting for you, which you simply cannot pass by. The menu features two versions of this exceptional fish:

• 🐟 Fried carp on-site – served straight from the pan, perfectly crispy and juicy.

• 💨 Smoked carp – prepared according to traditional recipes, delighting with its deep aroma and delicate taste.

The Silesian Carp Festival is the perfect opportunity for a Sunday stroll with family, relaxation in beautiful natural surroundings, and – above all – rediscovering local flavors. We will happily talk to you about our traditions, share some culinary tricks, and treat you to the best we have.
