The project "Direct Sales of Domestic Aquaculture Products – A New Opening" is entering another phase of implementation. This is the moment when activities become increasingly visible – not only in materials or on the website but primarily in direct contact with participants and local communities.
In the coming months, we will focus on field activities. Trainings and meetings are planned in various regions of Poland, aimed at demonstrating how direct sales of carp function in practice. A key element of these events will be a model sales point – a space where participants can see what a well-prepared booth should look like and how to organize sales in accordance with applicable regulations.
The trainings will also be accompanied by activities aimed at a broader audience. Culinary shows and tastings will help familiarize consumers with different forms of carp preparation and demonstrate that domestic aquaculture products can meet contemporary market expectations. This is an important element in building awareness and changing the perception of this fish.
At the same time, information and promotional activities will continue. We will continuously publish reports from events, educational materials, and information about subsequent stages of project implementation on the website and social media. An important assumption is public access to the knowledge and experiences that are generated during its course.
The year 2026 is also a time for further building collaboration – both domestically and internationally. The exchange of experiences, discussions with experts, and confronting different models of direct sales allow for a better understanding of the challenges facing the aquaculture sector.
A busy period lies ahead, where theory will increasingly meet practice. It is precisely in such activities that it becomes evident that direct sales is not just a concept, but a real tool for the development of fish farming.
